Autumn 2009 Update:
March has brought a bit more activity into our market place with some big events coming to Christchurch. The Ellerslie Flower Show proved to be a success and we supplied clothing to a number of exhibitors. We provided the NZ Pipe Band Championships with a range of saleable clothing. The Christchurch Casino is hosting the NZ Poker Champs at the end of this month and we have been involved with the merchandising for this event once again. If you are organising an event or conference Southern Monograms should be top of your list for the supply of associated clothing and promotional products.
Promotional Products : We have been taking orders for promotional products for some time and see this as a growth area for us and a natural progression for our clients who already purchase from our promotional clothing range. We have recently handled orders for; printed and engraved pens, sunscreen, umbrellas, and stubbie coolers. The promotional products categories have something for every budget and often offers a different vehicle to get your marketing message across. Whether it's to build on existing customer relationships, win over new business , or partner a special promotion there is definitely something available to meet your needs. March & April Cherry On The Top : Until 30th April 2009 when you buy a jacket over $50 + GST from us and have it embroidered by us we will throw in for free an acrylic or microfleece beanie with a matching embroidered logo details --->
Price Increases :The last of our suppliers have announced their price increases effective 1st April 2009. We will also be increasing our prices for embroidery and related services from this date. After putting a stop watch to some of our smaller orders it has become obvious that we have been under charging for some time. Effective immediately our minimum charge will be $35.00 + GST, this applies whether or not we are supplying garments. We still want to be able to supply smaller wants and needs but we must be expected to do this in a profitable manner. If you have any concerns about this please contact me anthony@monograms.co.nz
