Summer 2009 Update: While the weather has been superb in Canterbury this summer business conditions have not been so bright and cheery. We have noticed small and medium sized businesses have certainly tightened the purse strings. Although we have been encouraged to spend by the reserve bank, human nature is to conserve when threatened. Our larger clients are still spending in a concerted effort to protect and expand on their market share. It is still vital to market and present your business well to all of your existing and potential clients. Corporate uniforms help instill a degree of confidence in both your clients and staff. Uniforms and promotional clothing provide an enduring return for a relatively modest out lay. If you have been happy with our service and products in the past but have a tighter budget please talk to us, and please tell your friends and colleagues about us too. We welcome your suggestions or comments about any aspect of our service please e-mail anthony@monograms.co.nz Price Increases :The plummeting New Zealand Dollar has made some price increases inevitable. The Chinese factories that produce most of our clothing imports have also increased their base prices. Most of our suppliers have already raised prices and the remainder have indicated that they will do so by 1st March. We will be increasing prices for our embroidery and related services on 1st April 2009.
