Screen Printing

A screen print is the use of ink on any number of different materials.

We have a close relationship with a highly competent and technically knowledgeable screen-printing business. This enables us to provide a screen print service at a reasonable price.

There are a number of different print processes available. We will advise as to which process will give the best result.

There is a set-up cost; this is based on the number of colours in each design and the size of the print.

The unit price depends upon the amount of colours and the quantity of prints. We are unable to provide a quote without artwork. Please provide your artwork when you contact us with your inquiries.

Acceptable File Format Information

Please Note: If artwork needs to be created or re-created an hourly art cost will apply.

Image resolution should be around 300dpi. (N.B. The better the artwork that is supplied, the better the quality or the reproduction will be.)

These are the acceptable file formats:

• Freehand 11 (.fh11)
• Illustrator 11 (.ai)
• Generic EPS
• TIFF
• GIFF
• JPEG
• BMP

Our printer uses a Mac based system on the following software:

• Freehand 11
• Illustrator 11

Proofs are usually supplied via an electronically generated image.
