Monograms have been amazing to deal with. We had a company send them our products at the last minute, and they managed to have everything embroidered within a week.
I dealt with a couple of different staff members throughout the process and they were fantastic to work with. From discussing options to arranging payment and pickup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
