Great outfit! Wonderful, helpful service. A one stop shop for our business to use. Really delighted with what they have produced for us. Will be back again.

Staff are helpful and efficient. We've been really pleased with products provided.

We ordered 2 hi vis fleece jackets for the team, individualised with their initials and company embroidery on the front and the service was thorough, and prompt and we couldn't be happier with the products.

Always amazing to deal with, super happy with our shirts. Very fast friendly service. A++++

Also customer service and a really good job well done! Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back for more.

Great service and very high quality embroidery.
Will be back soon for another order!

Monograms have been amazing to deal with. We had a company send them our products at the last minute, and they managed to have everything embroidered within a week.
I dealt with a couple of different staff members throughout the process and they were fantastic to work with. From discussing options to arranging payment and pickup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
Thank you for the excellent service. We will definitely be using Monograms again in the future.

Have been using these guys to embroider our work shirts for the last 6 months and they have been amazing to work with and their pricing is super reasonable. Highly recommend

Highly Recommend! Professional and easy to deal with :)

We had an urgent order with very short lead time.
Kelly was amazing, and helped with options and ensured the order got through and made ahead of time.
Every time that we work with Southern Monograms, we have a great experience

We were put in a difficult situation being let down by another company and Southern monograms did everything possibly that they could and made our order happen the day before it was due. The communication and delivery was exemplary and that was all through email. Unexpectedly they even communicated on a public holiday due to the urgency of our situation even though I didn’t expect this. Highly recommend. Fantastic service and execution!

Very happy with our experience with Southern Monograms. I dealt with Kelly and she was always quick to respond, her responses clear and informative and we were very happy with our final pieces for our business, these exceeded our expectations.

Great service and clear communication.
The quality is excellent. The job was short notice and with a tight deadline. Southern Monograms got it done and did it well.

Only a small order but looked after us and our unique needs.

Good communication and product was delivered in time. Cheers

Really happy with the customer service when I was sorting out what I wanted. Very efficient and professional. The final products with embroidery and printing were beautiful. Highly recommend.
