				Monograms have been amazing to deal with. We had a company send them our products at the last minute, and they managed to have everything embroidered within a week.

I dealt with a couple of different staff members throughout the process and they were fantastic to work with. From discussing options to arranging payment and pickup, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

				We were put in a difficult situation being let down by another company and Southern monograms did everything possibly that they could and made our order happen the day before it was due. The communication and delivery was exemplary and that was all through email.
